Death by Back Squat (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM add one rep

0:00-1:00-5 Back Squats (50% 1RM)

1:00-2:00-6 Back Squats (50% 1RM)

2:00-3:00-7 Back Squats (50% 1RM)

Continue until you can not complete all the back squats in that minute.

Score is number of back squats completed before failure.
