WORKOUT STRATEGY & FLOW:
These sets are at a fast pace!
Plate hops: Aim to keep these unbroken and fast.
Push ups: Aim for a big set to start (not to failure) then chip away to 25. Scale to knee push ups or incline push ups if needed.
