Warm Up Games “Off Balance” (No Measure)

Objective
Get your partner to move their foot (fall off balance)
Rules
Both partners will start in a 3/4 squat and must stay there
You will both put your hand up (palms facing each other) and when the coach says go, you will try to get your partner off balance
You receive one point if your partner moves a foot
You can only touch each others palms
Keep track of points
Looser gets the penalty, winners consolidate, until one athlete is left standing
