For Time, partition however you want!
300 Plate Hops/Line Hops or Jumping Jacks
75 Burpees

WORKOUT STRATEGY & FLOW:
This is going to be fun! A little bit of dealers choice here.. you have to complete the work, but you can do it however you want! Here are some examples.. You could go 300 plate hops into 75 burpees. You could do 5 rounds of 60 plate hops and 15 burpees.. Or make up your own way!
There will be a 15 minute time cap on this workout!

50 Single Arm Dumbbell Devil’s Presses (50/35)
